Zesty TENDERSTEM and Shelled nut NOODLE Pan fried food 

A speedy, simple and too tasty dish that can be served hot for dinner or cold for tomorrow's stuffed lunch. 


Fixings 
250 g wholewheat noodles or sans gluten soba noodles 

1 tbsp toasted sesame oil 

200 g Tenderstem broccoli 

250 g chestnut mushrooms 

1 medium red ringer pepper 

2 spring onions 

(Discretionary) A bundle of crisp coriander 

FOR THE Fiery Shelled nut SAUCE 

6 tbsp soy sauce or sans gluten tamari sauce 

8 tbsp nutty spread 

1/2 tbsp Sriracha sauce 

1 tbsp toasted sesame oil 

Guidelines 
MAKE THE NOODLES 

Cook the noodles as indicated by the bundle's guidelines. When cooked, channel and dive into a container of virus water. 

COOK THE VEG 

Warmth the sesame oil in an expansive skillet or wok and cook the vegetables for 6-8 minutes. 

MAKE THE SAUCE 

Mix every one of the fixings together. In the event that it's excessively thick, blend in some high temp water until it turns into a thick however smooth sauce.
