Fixings 
2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Bosom 

1 Egg 

1 tbsp Water 

1 tsp minced Garlic 

1/2 tsp Salt 

1/2 tsp Dark Pepper 

2 glass Destroyed Parmesan Cheddar 

4 tbsp Margarine 

2 tbsp Olive Oil 

Guidelines 
Cut each bosom down the middle and pound to around 1/2" thick. 

Beat egg and water in a shallow bowl until mixed. 

Include garlic, salt and pepper and speed to mix. 

Spot parmesan in another shallow bowl. 

Plunge each bit of chicken in egg blend trying to coat. 

Enable abundance egg to trickle off. 

Spot in parmesan. Sprinkle more parmesan over best. Delicately press, at that point turn and rehash on opposite side. Shake off overabundance. Rehash with staying chicken. 

Spot margarine and oil in a substantial skillet over high warmth. 

Spot chicken and don't move until edges dark colored (with the goal that cheddar sticks to chicken, around 3 minutes).
