Simple Veggie lover Bean stew SIN CARNE 

A simple, flavorful and without meat bean stew con carne formula that is ideal for making ahead and solidifying. 


Fixings 
2 tbsp olive oil 

3 cloves of garlic minced 

1 vast red onion daintily cut 

2 celery stalks finely slashed 

2 medium carrots stripped and finely slashed 

2 red peppers generally slashed 

1 tsp ground cumin 

1 tsp bean stew powder 

Salt and pepper to taste 

800 g tinned slashed tomatoes 

400 g tin of red kidney beans depleted and flushed 

100 g split red lentils 

400 g solidified soy mince 

250 ml vegetable stock 

Discretionary Include INS 

1 tsp miso glue 

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 

A vast bunch of new coriander generally cleaved 

TO SERVE 

Cooked basmati rice 

Additional slashed coriander 

A crush of lime juice 

Guidelines 
Warmth the olive oil in a vast pot. 

Sauté the garlic, onion, celery, carrots and peppers for a couple of minutes, on a medium warmth, until diminished. 

Include the cumin, bean stew powder, salt and pepper and blend. 

Pour in the cleaved tomatoes, kidney beans, lentils, soy mince and vegetable stock. Include the additional flavorings, if utilizing. 

Stew for 25 minutes. 

Present with some steamed basmati rice, some crisp torn coriander and a crush of lime juice. Appreciate! 

Stops well. Keeps for as long as 4 days refrigerated. 

Formula NOTES 


Note: The main thing that prevents this formula from being sans gluten, is that most soy-mince brands I've seen will in general have grain in the fixings.
