Moderate Cooker Pot Broil
Fixings
2-3 lb Meat Cook
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Tarragon
2 tsp minced Garlic
1 lb Carrots
2 lb Potatoes
1 huge Onion
32 oz Meat Stock
3 tbsp Cornstarch
Directions
Strip and cut carrots into 1-3" pieces.
Strip and cut onions into 1-3" pieces.
Wash and cut potatoes into 1-3" pieces.
Combine salt, pepper, thyme and tarragon.
Rub broil with olive oil and spread with around 2/3 of flavor blend.
Warmth skillet over medium high warmth and dark colored on all sides.
Exchange dish to moderate cooker.
Softly coat vegetables in olive oil and season with outstanding flavor blend.
Exchange vegetables to moderate cooker.
Add some stock to skillet and blend to deglaze.
Empty fluid into moderate cooker.
Add staying stock to moderate cooker.
Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 10 hours until vegetables are delicate and meat pulls separated effectively.
Exchange meat and vegetables to serving dish.
Pour fluid in sauce skillet. what's more, heat.
Blend cornstarch with an equivalent measure of water and mix until very much mixed.
Add cornstarch blend to sauce and warmth, mixing much of the time, until sauce thickens.
Pour sauce over meat and vegetables.
